Position: International Marketing and Sales

Job descriptions (but are not limited to):

• Developing the brand to the overseas market together in a team environment.
• Online store management à Shopify
• Social Media marketing maintenance (e.g.: Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Promote brand to the general public and clients*.(*Clients: retailers, hotels, interior design firms, etc.)
• Will include some physical activity (e.g.: product packing, delivery, and shipment)
• Foreign customer service in-store and virtually (online store)

Our goal is to spread happiness by providing relaxation products that are made with techniques honed and perfected for more than a century. Takaokaya is eager to keep expanding our brand to the global market. Thus far, our customers are based in the United States, France, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Australia, Austria, South Africa, etc. We look forward to continuing to develop and evolve to provide more happiness and satisfaction with our product to everyone around the world.

Required skill:

• Must be fluent in business level English – Speaking and Writing (TOEIC: 880).
• Must be fluent in daily conversation Japanese (at least N2 level for JLPT)
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
• Interests in photography
• Interests in social media

• Interest in interior design and current trends.

Bonus skill (not required but always appreciated):

• Design skills (Graphic design, photo-editing – Photoshop /illustrator, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital marketing
